How to cook ASAL Karahi Gosht

You will need

500g meat or vegetables
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 ASAL Karahi Gosht sachet

Method

Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden.
Add the meat or vegetables and sear well.
Stir in one ASAL Karahi Gosht sachet with the tomatoes and a splash of water.
Cover and simmer until tender, then serve hot.
