1. Returns window
Unopened items in their original condition can be returned within 14 days of delivery. As a food product, opened spice packs cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and a photo, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
3. How to return
- Email [email protected] to start a return and receive instructions.
- Pack items securely in their original packaging.
- Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
4. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 working days of us receiving the returned item.
5. Delivery charges
Original delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
