How to cook ASAL Fried Chop / Steaks

You will need

500g meat or vegetables
2 onions, sliced
2 tomatoes, chopped
3 tbsp cooking oil
1 ASAL Fried Chop / Steaks sachet

Method

Heat the oil and fry the onions until golden.
Add the meat or vegetables and sear well.
Stir in one ASAL Fried Chop / Steaks sachet with the tomatoes and a splash of water.
Cover and simmer until tender, then serve hot.
